200W Desktop Power Supply Features Medical Safety Approvals and Level V Efficiency

Designed to cost effectively power today’s medical devices, the PPWAMD200 Series of medical desktop power supplies from Power Partners provides an industry leading 200 Watts of power in a compact 7.42” x 4.1” x 2.36” package. The PPWAMD200 Series is approved to UL60601-1, CSA22.2 No. 60601.1, and EN60601-1 medical standards and complies with EN55011/FCC Class B radiated and conducted EMI standards. With no load standby power of ≤0.5W and average efficiency of ≥ 87%, the PPWAMD200 Series units are in compliance with Efficiency Level V requirements. The Series is also RoHS compliant.

The PPWAMD200 Series has a 90-264VAC input and offers seven single output models ranging from 12VDC to 48VDC. Custom output voltage solutions are also available. Withstand voltage is specified at 4000VAC from input to output and leakage current is specified at 228A maximum at 264VAC input.

Operating temperature is -20C to +50C. No minimum load is required while still maintaining 5% tolerance throughout the full load range. Comprehensive short circuit, overvoltage and overcurrent protection circuitry is employed to protect the end equipment and the power supply.
