The CLV0625B-LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of 1 dBm at 3.3 Vdc supply while drawing 27 mA (typical) over the temperature range of -40º to 85º C. This VCO features typical second harmonic suppression of -15 dBc and comes in Z-Comm’s standard MINI-14S-LOW package measuring 0.5 in. x 0.5 in. x 0.16 in. It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements. The CLV0625B-LF is also ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
