USB connectivity and native Windows Vista support added to Audio Analysers

A number of new enhancements have been added to the Audio Precision class-leading range of audio analysers, available exclusively in the UK from TTi (Thurlby Thandar Instruments).

From September 2007, all Audio Precision AP2700 and ATS-2 instruments will be shipped with both the original proprietary APIB interface and a USB interface. This change reflects the increasing demand for a universal interface. Existing AP customers can purchase a new dual interface port to upgrade their existing product with the new AP2700 v3.30 and ATS v1.60 control software.

The new software also now ensures full compatibility with Windows Vista and Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 2. Windows 2000 users will still be able to continue to use the APIB interface, but will not have access to the new USB connectivity.
