The candle lasts an average of 18-20 hours and it will be launched on 20th January, just ahead of Resident Evil 7’s 24th January launch. “The 4D candle is 100% officially licensed Resident Evil merchandise; this means Capcom have smelt the candle and found it scary enough to give their seal of approval,” retailer Merchoid explained.
“We’d even suggest that using the Blood, Sweat and Fears 4D Candle is the definitive way to experience the game. Be careful though, with an experience this horrifying, the candle might not be the only smell you notice in the room…”
Furthermore, Capcom UK is also running a live-action Resident Evil Experience based upon the game’s spooky Baker Mansion house. The 45-minute experience will run 20th-23rd January in London and be free to attend, with places filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Set in a dilapidated venue in the heart of London’s East End, R.E. lovers can become part of an investigative journalism team as interns. They will be able to support a paranormal TV production team in investigating lost crew members, while solving puzzles and dodging enemies.
