Weiss-Gallenkamp Limited is a world leader in the field of Environmental Testing Equipment. The C 600 –70 Pro test chamber that WPS has just acquired enables continuous temperature cycling between -70 and +180degC and includes a patented psychrometric humidity measurement system. It is used by clients whose products are subjected to extremes of temperature and humidity and who therefore want to test them in a simulated environment prior to commissioning.
In this instance, a manufacturer of data logging equipment, which is positioned in exposed locations all around the world, requested that the assembled PCBs that WPS produces for them be temperature cycled between -10 and +60degC for 24 hours.
