To ensure no mains borne noise interferes with tests, Kikusui’s PCR2000M AC source provides AC-power into the small PSU under test, with clean and stable mains of easily adjustable voltage/frequency. Between the PCR2000M and the test unit sits a Kikusui KPM1000 Digital Power Meter, giving a precise measure of the input current and power (including phase angle). The test unit is loaded with a Kikusui PLZ-150U Electronic Load, enabling various precise load conditions to be simulated.
