Vecow launches its latest vehicle computing elite, IVH-7700 ICY series in-vehicle fanless embedded system. The fanless in-vehicle system is a trusted solution for real-time performance driven in-vehicle surveillance, traffic safety systems, intelligent transportation systems, mobile NVR, intelligent surveillance and fleet management applications.

The IVH-7700 is integrated with excellent mobile availability, outstanding system performance, higher storage capacity, versatile I/O connections, wide range power input, secure power protection and rugged reliability.

Powered by Quad Core Intel Core i7/ i5/ i3 processors, the system features DDR3 or DDR3L dual channel up to 16GB memory, advanced Intel HD 4000 graphics engine supporting onboard DVI-D, DisplayPort and dual channel 24-bit LVDS display interface and up to triple independent displays. The IVH-7700 delivers outstanding system performance enabling real-time vehicle computing tasks possible with no delay.

It features four front-access rugged 2.5” HDD/ SSD trays, up to 16TB storage capacity, six GbE connections with four IEEE 802.3at PoE+ compliant, optional M12 connections for PoE+/ power input, four Mini PCIe slots, four SIM card sockets (three front-access, one internal), eight USB 3.0 with four external independent USB 3.0 and 6 to 78V wide range power input with up to 200V secure surge protection.

With 16 isolated digital I/Os for circuit protection, configurable ignition power control, internal UPS embedded, fanless and cableless design, as well as a -25 to 70°C operating temperature range, the Vecow IVH-7700 series in-vehicle fanless embedded system integrates user-friendly designs, secure protection functions, rugged reliability and outstanding system performance for in-vehicle mission critical applications.

“It’s quite a different design than our previous products. We are so honoured to benefit IVH-7700 customers with higher storage capacity, more secure data protection and more rugged reliability,” said Thomas Su, Director, Embedded System & Platform Division, Vecow. “This new design enables flexible 2.5” HDD compatibility, supporting the height of HDD between 7 to 15mm. Now, the Vecow IVH series fanless in-vehicle system is delivering performance driven vehicle computing solution with leading storage capacity, good mobile availability, rugged reliability and smart manageability.”

“I am so glad to carry out this idea and lead this design time-to-market,” said Jason Liao, R&D Director, Vecow. “We’ve not only won a new project with the IVH-7700 for high-speed transportation application in Europe but also convinced our business partners with leading design & manufacturing service and seamless teamwork."
