This advancement is now available in all AOI systems of the type TurboLine. Already installed systems can be upgraded on site.
About the TurboLine:
The TurboLine is an inline AOI system, efficiently utilized for high-quality assemblies and high-volume production. The TurboLine AOI system’s special features include double-sided inspection and 360° angled-view inspection as well as various camera and illumination configurations.
It is possible to inspect the PCB bottom side without assembly flipping. This is a definate advantage over common AOI systems as inline speed is optimized. The rotatable angled-view platform and the segmented band module also support faster inspection.
