The new large-format iSpector800 uses RGB lighting+ on axis white light, a telecentric lens, and industry-leading algorithms to inspect virtually any type of substrate, including mixed technology, through-hole, SMT and LED panels.
The iSpector 800 offers industry-leading defect capture capability, fast programming, and a full SPC suite for defect and process analysis. Larger formats are available on a custom basis, and the system is available in either benchtop or in-line configurations.
