In stock at authorised distributor Mouser Electronics is the ACS37100 10MHz TMR current sensor from Allegro MicroSystems.

The current sensor is factory-trimmed to provide high accuracy over the entire operating range. This feature eliminates the need for customer programming.

The current is sensed differentially by two tunnelling magnetoresistance (TMR) elements that subtract out interfering external common-mode magnetic fields.

The ACS37100 current sensor is designed to enable system designers to unlock the full potential of fast-switching GaN and SiC FETs.

Tailored to the needs of electric vehicles (xEVs), clean energy power conversion systems, and AI data centre power supplies, the sensor achieves 50ns response time, providing the high-fidelity data needed for optimal efficiency and protection in demanding high-frequency applications.
