The MK11/B can withstand higher torque settings, and resist higher temperatures (up to 120 degrees celsius), moisture and compression than existing plastic versions. Its non-ferromagnetic properties also eliminate any potential magnetic switching interferences; a significant benefit. It comes in four metric thread sizes (M6, M8, M10 and M12).
The standard MK11/B is equipped with a 500mm long, round PVC cable but has other wire termination and connector options. A full range of SPST and SPDT power switching options is also available using MEDER’s KSK series reed switches.
All the MK11 series sensors have a threaded-style housing and are supplied with accompanying hardware that allows for easy and exact adjustment in limit switch, end position and proximity sensing applications. This makes them ideal for various uses such as mechanisation systems, elevator controls, door and gate sensors or automated satellite antennae. They complement MEDER’s existing stainless steel and plastic options.
