Film-protected digital sensor suits SMT processing
The SHT4x digital sensor with protective film from Sensirion is now being shipped by authorised distributor Mouser Electronics.
The sensor is equipped with an I2C standard interface and a fixed 0x45 I2C address. This fourth-generation sensor offers ±1.8%RH and ±0.2°C accuracy.
It includes a power-trimmed internal heater that can be used at three heating levels, enabling seamless sensor operation.
This sensor is ideal for Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processing and complies with JEDEC JESD47 standards.
The SHT4x sensor is well suited for use in applications such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and manufacturing processes that require protection in the sensing element.
