Zener diodes for defense and aerospace applications

The new high-reliability, ultra-sharp knee diode devices can be used for certain transient voltage protection applications requiring low impedance and low voltage. The new diodes ideal for high-speed and frequency electro static discharge applications and portable applications to ensure longer battery life, thanks to low-capacitance and low-leakage ratings.

Offered in a ruggedized, hermetically sealed, surface mount UB package, the SLZx.xA Zenner diodes are designed to withstand adverse operating conditions such as shock and vibration. Reliable operation in harsh conditions is further enhanced as the diodes are also screened to meet JANTXV equivalent specifications. Environmentally friendly and RoHS compliant versions are also available.
