With +3.3V, +5V, ±12V, ±15V, +24V, +28V, +48V flexible DC output combination, it is capable of delivering 150W of continuous output power at 30 CFM forced air or 120W @ convection cooling on open PCB and 130W @ convection cooling on U-bracket. The unit is a compact, open frame design measuring only 3” (L) by 5” (W) by 1.34” (H) for the open PCB type and 3” x 5” x 1.57” for the U-bracket type. It has an active efficiency of 80% and features an active PF of up to 0.99.
Operating at a 90 to 264 VAC universal input, the series has over-temperature, over-load, and short-circuit protections. The TW150 units operate at 0°C to +60°C ambient with derating required from 100% at +40°C linearly to 50% at +60°C. MTBF is 100K hours minimum at full load at 25°C ambient per MIL-HDBK-217F.
The TW150 series complies with RoHS requirements and EMC standards that include EN55022, FCC, CISPR22, Class B. It is approved to the 2nd edition of UL 60950-1, EN 60950-1, CSA 22.2 No. 60950-1 and IEC 60950-1.
