The SCM1110MF provides a robust, highly-integrated solution for controlling 3-phase motor power inverter systems and variable speed control systems used to drive motors in air conditioning systems, refrigerators, washing machines and other household appliances. Its proprietary DIP package features an exposed thermal pad for efficient heat dissipation.
Input voltage is 85 to 253 VAC with 15A (continuous) output current. The device can withstand voltages up to 600V. The SCM1110MF is designed to minimise simultaneous current through both high- and low-side IGBTs by optimising gate drive resistors. It also features: UVLO protection with auto restart, overcurrent protection with off-time period adjustable by an external capacitor, and fault (FO indicator) signal output at protection activation (UVLO (low side only), OCP, and STP).
