The modules are available with input voltages of 5VDC, 12VDC, and 24VDC and offer up to 6.4kVDC/1sec isolation.
The converters operate reliably at temperatures between -40°C and +90°C without derating and with an efficiency of up to 85%.
To meet the requirements of the different IGBT applications, RECOM offers various pin-outs and packages (SIP/DIP). Products are also available with short circuit protection.
The converters are EN60950-1 certified. They are passing RECOM’s demanding quality assurance tests like all other products and carry also a 3 year warranty.
