The MPM-S100 series can be operated as either a Class I (with functional ground connected) or Class II device and in both cases meets all required EN/UL60601-1 regulations.
With its low standby power of less than 0.5W Energy Star Level V, the MPM-S100 series can be operated up to a maximum temperature 70°C with very little de-rating, in fact it can still provide 80% of rated output at this temperature with convection cooling.
The power supply is short-circuit proof and with a wide input voltage range (AC 90-264V, 47-63Hz) allows worldwide use. The MPM-S100 series is approved to EN/ UL 60601-1 type BF rated patient contact leakage current and complies with all relevant EMC standards.
