Suitable for deposition processes, ROVs, ATE systems and general laboratory and industrial use, 600W programmable DC power supplies have been released by TDK. The devices, which expand the company’s Z+ series, are offered with output voltages of up to 160, 320 or 650VDC.

Operating across an input voltage range of 85-265VAC, the power supplies feature constant voltage and constant current modes. For larger systems, up to six of the 2U high units can be enclosed in an optional 19” rack and paralleled in a master-slave arrangement.

The Z+ power supplies can be programmed via the front panel or remotely by using the built-in USB, RS232 / RS485 or analogue control interfaces. LAN, GPIB (IEEE488) and isolated analogue programming interfaces are optional available. The devices, which are CE marked for EMC and in accordance with the LV and RoHS2 Directives, conform to EN55022/EN55024 as well as IEC/EN61326-1 for conducted (FCC part-15-B and VCCI-B) and radiated (FCC part-15-A and VCCI-A) EMI. Safety approvals include UL/EN/IEC61010-1 and UL/EN60950-1.
