The Quality Center is a comprehensive online resource of Vicor quality systems. At any time, the visitor can create a custom quality report, take a video tour of Vicor’s 21,400 m2 factory, or walk through every step of the quality process. More specifically, the visitor can: explore Vicor’s quality systems through a library of documentation, videos, and process charts; generate a custom quality report based on ISO 9001: 2000 criteria that entirely meets a customer’s specific requirements; download the report in pdf format with hyperlinks to videos and other information that satisfy the individual quality needs.
Visitors can browse Vicor’s entire quality process including reliability calculator, traceability, and customer satisfaction procedures, view the quality library including the quality brochure, datasheets, and white papers, read and or download Vicor’s standard and industry quality report, ISO 9001:2000 certificates, and details on Vicor’s RoHS lead-free status. By simply clicking on a link, they can also use a customer quality survey to send their suggestions to improve key performance parameters in real time to Vicor’s Quality organisation.
