The 150 watt and 300 watt AC/DC power supplies incorporate a programmable output function, and by applying a 1 – 5.5 VDC external control; the output voltage of the SPV-150 and SPV-300 can be trimmed from 20% to 110% of the rated voltage. This function gives customers the ability to program non-standard output voltages from 2.4 VDC to 52.8 VDC. As well as the external adjustment option, the units can be adjusted from –15% to +10% of output voltage by using the internal potential meter.
With a 3-year warranty the SPV-150 and SPV-300 series supplies up to 86.5% of high efficiency and with a PFC function that fulfills the requirements of EN61000-3-2 for harmonic current. By incorporating “constant current limiting ” as the overload protection, the SPV series can power capacitive/inductive loads and still provide full protection for customers’ applications. In addition as the units overload protections are constant current, the SPV series can be used in battery charging applications.
