Low power AC/DC modules with household approvals
The L4A series of low power AC/DC modules is sampling now. These compact universal input modules (90-264V AC) are available in four families, ranging from one to 10W. Offering fixed output voltages of 3.3, 5, 12 or 24V they are packaged in an encapsulated case and offer high efficiencies of around 80%four
They are suitable for many industrial control and low power applications where a DC voltage is required from an AC source, such as smart home applications, powering sensors or door entry systems. They are also well suited for household appliances or other similar low power requirements.
They feature continuous short circuit protection and over load protection both with automatic protection. Meeting the safety requirements of EN60950 and EN60335-1 with an isolation voltage of 3750 VAC; they have an operating temperature range of -25 to +85°C.
