The QPA2211T GaN power amplifier supports satellite communications and 5G infrastructure in the 27.5 to 31 GHz frequency range.
A 14 Watt Psat device, it provides 5 Watts of linear power at 25 dBc IMD3 for wideband communications systems.
Small signal gain is 26 dB.
The QPA2211T is available as a small size, DIE on tab package.
