The AUIPS7111S provides an accurate current feedback of +/- 5% over the entire operating temperature range while turn-on and off-time are optimized to minimize noise in EMI sensitive automotive applications. The 65V device also offers ESD protection and low current and logic level input.
The new device is qualified according to AEC-Q10x standards, features an environmentally friendly, lead-free and RoHS compliant bill of materials, and is part of IR’s automotive quality initiative targeting zero defects.
