In-vehicle USB battery chargers save tooling costs

Pre-assembled, off-the-shelf USB battery chargers for multiple in-vehicle locations from Molex are now available from TTI Europe. The parts deliver 5V and 1.5A, are compliant with battery charging (BC) 1.2 standards and help save tooling and engineering costs. The parts have been designed for existing rocker-switch panels for commercial vehicles and are compatible with Molex’s automotive I/O connectors.
