High-performance power supplies
The Phoenix Contact Quint Power product range is expanding with new voltage versions of these powerful power supplies with superior functionality. The three new devices include one 12V unit with an output current of 15A, and two 48V units with output currents of 5 and 10A. With the powerful output side, these power supplies ensure a high degree of system availability.
The SFB Technology delivers six times the nominal current for up to 15 milliseconds and selectively trips miniature circuit breakers. Loads connected in parallel continue working. System expansion is easy thanks to the static boost function, which continuously provides up to 125% of the nominal current. With up to 200% of the nominal current for 5 seconds, the dynamic boost function allows you to start up heavy loads.
The robust input side, featuring an integrated gas-filled surge arrester, ensures a high degree of noise immunity up to 6kV for a mains failure buffer time of at least 20ms. A full range of signalling options via analogue, digital, and relay contact increases the availability of your application.
The preventive function monitoring feature warns of critical operating states before faults occur. In addition, Quint Power power supplies can be ordered fully configured in amounts as low as one unit. Signalling thresholds and characteristic curves can be adjusted using the NFC interface.
Their wide operating temperature range of -40 to 70°C makes these units very flexible when it comes to deployment. A comprehensive and international package of approvals rounds out the product family.
