The H-bridge module is available in the company’s low-inductive flow 0 housing.
It has high frequency 650V IGBT H5 technology and a fast diode for efficiency, reliability and balance of cost and performance, says the company. It delivers 30+ kHz fsw and is suitable for soft switching to reduce switching losses.
The module enables bi-directional operation for charger and SMPS applications with full current FWD. It is also equipped with integrated capacitors reducing EMI.
Packaged in the low-inductive flow 0 12mm housing, the module can also be provided with phase-change material on request.
