Designed for CR2032 cells, and BR2032, ML2032 and LIR2032 batteries, the BQ2032-3 and BQ2032-6 battery holders will be exhibited by Memory Protection Devices (MPD). They are suitable for consumer or industrial products.
BQ2032-3 features a tact switch on-off button. The cover is kept closed with a snap-on lid over the battery and has standard 24awg wire leads; three for the BQ2032-3, and six for the BQ2032-6 model. The UL94 polypropylene plastic body is lightweight yet offers high strength for a long service life under typical conditions, says the company. The temperature range is -40 to +90°C. The holder measures 0.32inch high, 1.25inch and 1.84inch long.
The battery holder prevents a connection of the battery when upside down. This polarity protection reduces service problems, says the company.
