bel eMobility power supplies support a range of eMobility applications, from hybrid to medium and heavy-duty vehicles, while optimising for efficiency and durability.

Varieties of these electric vehicle power solutions to fit users’ requirements are in stock at distributor Digi-Key.

These include DC-DC converters, onboard battery chargers, DC-AC inverters, and custom products.

eMobility battery chargers are 25 kW onboard liquid-cooled battery chargers that convert 3-phase AC (330 VAC to 525 VAC) to DC voltage 250 VDC to 800 VDC). They can be paralleled up to four units in charge mode, can be connected to an EVSE charging station or directly to the public grid, and are bidirectional units with high efficiency in a compact design.

eMobility combo units are all-in-one eMobility liquid-cooled products that include a single phase/split phase inverter and charger, a DC/DC converter with an output voltage of 12 VDC and 4 kW of output power, and a DC/DC converter with an output voltage of 24 VDC and 1 kW of output power.

eMobility DC/DC converters are DC/DC power supplies that convert high-voltage direct current (HVDC) in hybrid and electric vehicles to low-voltage direct current (LVDC) suitable for powering low-voltage (12 VDC to 24 VDC) accessories, allowing HVDC bus voltages to be utilised to drive low-voltage automotive accessories. These converters are a replacement for an alternator in ICE vehicles.

eMobility DC/AC inverters are highly efficient, converting high-voltage DC power into single phase/split phase AC power required to drive AC accessory loads directly from the high-voltage DC drives or battery bus. They allow HVDC bus voltages to be utilised for 120 VAC or 240 VAC accessories and feature exportable pure sine wave AC power (50 Hz to 60 Hz).

The eMobility series of products are available from DigiKey in the EMEA, Americas and Asia/Pacific regions.
