DC-DC Converters for military and aerospace applications

Advanced Power Components has announced the introduction of a new line of COTS DC-DC converter and EMI filter families. Manufactured by VPT Inc., the American leader in providing power handling products, the new series of converters and filters, initially comprising 15 modules, brings high performance, high reliability solutions at a lower cost to designers of aircraft, vehicles, and weapon systems.

The VPT Series delivers value, performance, and technology tailor-made for the unique requirements and challenges of military and avionics programs. These new products complement VPT’s existing MIL-PRF-38534 compliant products, providing customers with more choice when designing for demanding, cost sensitive applications.
