Compact Microwave Power Module
L-3 Communications Electron Devices (L-3 EDD), formerly known as Litton Tubes, has expanded its popular microwave power module (MPM) product line with the introduction of a space-saving 28VDC version.
AvaiThe new MPM is specifically aimed at the large number of aerospace applications that use a bus voltage of 28VDC, including advanced data links, ECM systems, SAR/MTI radar equipment and satcom systems.
Covering the frequency range 6 to 18GHz, the M1221 module weighs just 1.77kg, has an operating temperature range of -54 to +85degC and can be used at altitudes up to 70,000ft.
