The AP1491 incorporates the isolated power supplies and protection features required for safe, reliable operation of IGBT power stages, plus isolated analog feedback of all critical power stage parameters, DC Bus Voltage, output phase Current and device Temperature. This board controls up to six IGBTs at currents in excess of 1400A.
