The temperature-controlled ball-bearing fan of the BES-540C provides a separate tacho signal for permanent function monitoring. A very high operational safety is ensured by an additional reverse polarity protection at the input side. Due to its exceptional reliability with an MTBF of 121.000 hours (at +50°C with fan) the power supply ensures permanent availability of the connected computer system even during 24/7 continuous operation. The BES-540C is further characterized by a high 81% efficiency and an extended operational temperature range from 0°C to 70°C. Already at a temperature of -20°C the power supply is ready to start.
The long-term available industrial PC power supply BES-540C and its sister model BES-540T (–48VDC input) are TÜV and UL certified. On both models, Bicker Elektronik provides three years warranty.
