The TEC 3 Series consists of 32 models offering inputs of 4.5~13.2/9~18/18~36/36~75 Vin and outputs of 3.3/5/9/12/15/24/±12/±15 Vout with efficiencies of 75-86%. These 3W DC/DC converters provide: isolation of 1,600VDC, full load operation from -40 to +75°C (derate 3.4%/K above 75 to 90°C); tight regulation of 0.2% line and 0.5% load (10-90% load); undervoltage input protection; over-current protection; short-circuit protection; and remote on/off control.
The series has been qualified to meet MIL-STD-810F for shock, vibration and thermal shock, for high reliability of greater than 5 million hours per MIL-HDBK-217F, to meet IEC/EN/ES 62368-1 (UL60950-1) safety standards and to meet EN55032 Class A standards for conducted noise. All models are backed by TRACPOWER’s 3 year warranty.
