All units in the CPS-i3000 series feature quick and easy programming, low noise and ripple together with a very precise setting at high load changes. With an efficiency figure of up to 94% and a power factor 0.99, the new units are very energy efficient. Power density is 12W/in³.
Between them, the six models in the series provide voltages between 0-18VDC and 0-300VDC and currents between 0-185A and 0-12.5A
Models in the CPS-i3000 series are protected against high transients by strong filters with high energy efficiency. All inputs and outputs as well as the interface are electrically isolated. The units incorporate forced air cooling with monitored and load-dependent variable fan control.
Optional front panels allow the power supplies to be used in either 2U or 3U racks. Other features include remote shutdown, DC-ok power good relay and overvoltage and overcurrent protection.
The CPS-i3000 series are designed to meet the requirements of IEC/CSA/UL60950-1 and EMC standards EN55022 conducted Class B and radiated Class A.
