Featuring a high-purity ceramic substrate, the PHP series chip resistors are designed with enlarged backside terminations to reduce the thermal resistance between the topside resistor layer and the solder joint on the end user’s circuit board.
Offered in the 1206 and 2512 case sizes, the PHP series offers a resistance range from 10 Ω to 30 kΩ, with non-standard values available. The resistors feature 2x the power rating over traditional thin film chip resistors in the same case sizes, low noise of < - 30 dB, low voltage coefficients of 0.1 ppm/V, and voltage ratings from 100 V to 200 V. Available with lead (Pb)-free or lead terminations, the devices are RoHS-compliant and flame-resistant in accordance with UL 94 V-0.
