Thin film chip resistors operate up to +175°C

Stackpole’s RNCE series thin film chip resistors utilize significant material and design improvements to maximize the performance, stability, and reliability of the RNCE under a wide range of electrical and environmental conditions.

They are in stock at authorised distributor DigiKey

The robust structure of the RNCE enables operation up to +175°C, as well as exceptional anti-sulphur performance, as demonstrated by a low resistance shift under ANSI/EIA 977 sulphur testing.

In addition, the RNCE exhibits anti-moisture properties under the harshest industry standards and application-specific testing while also demonstrating very low resistance shifts under short-term overload, temperature cycling, load life, and ESD testing.

The RNCE is an excellent solution for precision medical applications, precision automotive electronics, non-established reliability military and aerospace, as well as instrumentation and metering, and any application requiring the highest long-term stability.

Sizes are 0402, 0603, 0805, and 1206. The resistors offer precision tolerances down to ±0.05% and TCR down to ±25 ppm/°C.

They are AEC-Q200 compliant and RoHS and REACH compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free.
