Leading electronic components distributor, Focus EDL, introduces the Z-301LS in-line xDSL filter. Produced by Pulse and available under its Excelsus brand, the new filter is small, economical and is designed to be compatible with VDSL2. Capable of filtering frequencies up to 30 MHz, it improves the performance of digital subscriber line (DSL) services by filtering all telephone sets, fax machines, answering machines, and other services through a single line while providing optimal voice band performance. It is specifically suited for telephone networks in Europe, Asia and South America.
The lightweight filter measures 51.3 x 19.6 x 19.0mm and is half the width of previous designs. It has good intermodulation distortion performance which allows the maximum possible VDSL2 data rates. The 600Ω return loss is greater than 14dB for excellent voice quality and minimal echo.

The Z-301LS comes with a standard RJ11 connector and is easily installed. The filter is CE certified and is RoHS compliant.
