The MHR series of thick-film high voltage resistors from Murata are now in stock at distributor Anglia Components.

They are designed for detection of voltage and current in high voltage power supplies and similar applications where safety and accuracy is of critical importance.

The components are offered in a wide range of resistance values from 1Mohm up to 2Gohm (depending on the series).

They are offered in tight resistance tolerances down to ±0.5% for resistances from 1M to 100M, ±1% to ±20% for values from 1M to 1Gohm and ±2% to ±20% for resistance values over 1Gohm.

The MHR resistors have a temperature range from -40°C to +125°C and are designed for operation up to +70°C without derating.

Available in single use voltage ratings from 7kVDC to 20kVDC the MHR series resistors are housed in compact single-in-line (SIP) packages with power ratings from 0.8W to 2.5W depending on the model and value chosen.

High resistance and small deviation values enable reduced set circuit signal inconsistencies and more reliable final products.

The Murata MHR series of high voltage resistors are suitable for use in a broad range of applications including office equipment, home appliances, printers, copying machines, HVAC and Medical and Security Imaging equipment.
