Key features of the MFD Series include very tight tolerances down to ± 0.02% and extremely low TCR (temperature coefficient of resistance) down to ±5 ppm/ºC. Devices are available with resistance values from 10Ω to 1MΩ and operating temperature range is -55 to + 125ºC.
Two types are available with power ratings of 0.25W or 0.5W and three tolerance levels: ± 0.02%, ± 0.05% and ± 0.1%.
