Film capacitors meet AEC-Q200 compliance
TTI is now offering Panasonic’s 1,100Vdc series that has been added to the existing 630Vdc ECWFG Series Metallised Polypropylene Film Capacitors.
The line is rated for 85°C/85% relative humidity and tested for 1,000 hours.
The ECWFG Series are highly recommended for DC/DC and AC/DC converter circuits in Hybrid Electric (HEV) and Electric Vehicles (EV) and high frequency, high current circuits.
The main battery in an EV may require a higher voltage film capacitor in this range, and the ECWFG Series allows for this larger demand on voltage.
AEC-Q200 compliance of the ECWFG Series ensures that these film capacitors are meeting the most stringent quality standards in the industry.
