Using SOI technology, the switch consumes less than 10µA of current and offers customers broad frequency range, low loss and high isolation characteristics and integrated match. The built in decoders also simplifies the process for customers because it limits the number of GPIO lines needed for control.
SKY13575 can operate over the temperature range of -40 to 90°C which makes it suitable for a variety of applications. The switch boasts a small footprint and is delivered in a 14-pin, quad-flat no-lead (QFN) 1.6×1.6×0.45mm package.
