The device performs with 45dB isolation at 2GHz and low loss of 1.1dB at 6GHz. Testing is available to the screening requirements of MIL-PRF-38535 Class B and S, in addition to the required quality conformance inspection. The ISO13316 die is produced with Skyworks’ GaAs pHEMT process that has shown radiation tolerance to 100kRad. The device is provided in a 7-lead SMT 0.385×0.345×0.065” package.
