Current sense chip resistor operates at high temperatures

KOA Speer Electronics introduces the UR73V, 1206 size, thick film current sense resistor with a high operating temperature range from -55 to +155°C. The UR73V2B is AEC-Q200 qualified and has a 0.5W power rating and a resistance range from 10 to 100mΩ.

With a standard tolerance of ±1.0% and T.C.R. values of +100ppm/°C and 0 to ±250 ppm/°C, the UR73V is designed for high accuracy and current detection, making it suited for automotive, telecommunications and consumer electronics markets. It is intended for use in applications such as power supplies, motor circuits, infotainment systems, engine control, air bags, DC/DC conversion and AC adaptors, notebook PCs, battery packs and phones.

The UR73V series are available with lead-free terminations to meet EU RoHS requirements. Lead time is 10 weeks.
