The GX/EEFGX series are also reliable alternatives to tantalum capacitors.
Rated from -40˚C to +105˚C, the capacitors offer a capacitance range from 330μF to 560μF. No derating is necessary and available voltages are 2.0V and 2.5V.
The GX/EEFGX is available in a surface mount flat rectangular 7.3mm x 4.3mm package with a very low profile of only 1.9mm.
