Surface mount LED Drivers feature PWM and analogue dimming
Providing constant current outputs of 300, 350, 500, 600 or 700mA, PowerPax has announced the introduction of the PLC24RT series of SMD (surface mount) LED drivers with DC input. Designed for driving high power LEDs, the series features remote ON/OFF, PWM dimming, analogue dimming and short circuit protection.
All products in the PCB mount LED driver series automatically set the output voltage required with the capability to cover output forward voltages of 3.3-36V. Operating over a temperature range from -40 to +71°C, the LED drivers accept DC inputs of 5.5-48V DC and delivers efficiencies of up to 96%. It is suited for use in LED illumination applications such as decorative light, special control light, backlight, commercial light, streetlight, in-house light, car light and more..
Supplied in an ultra compact package measuring just 24x14x8mm, the PLC24RT series is available from ex-stock up to 4 week lead times for high volumes.
