These displays come packaged as a complete module that includes all required logic at just 5mm thickness. With 3 built-in font tables, 10,000:1 contrast ratio, 10μsec response time, and built-in screen savers, the displays aim to offer any industry an upgrade to their current monochromatic character application.
The displays feature a built-in US2066 controller, SPI, I2C and parallel interfaces as well as a viewing angle of over 160°. The RoHS compliant displays operate between -40 and +85°C, and consume just 2.4-3.6VDD.
