SiTek PSD 2L30 high resolution position sensitive detector
According to LASER COMPONENTS, due to its large detection area of 30x30mm, the SiTek PSD 2L30 achieves a resolution of more than 1/1.000.000. The detector field is mounted on a robust and insulating ceramic substrate, while a protective glass cover prevents disruptive environmental influences.
Solderable pins allow the component to be easily mounted on circuit boards. The detector offers a capacitance of 730pF and a particularly low typical leakage current of just 200nA.
The PSD 2L30 reaches its highest sensitivity at 940nm. In addition to this standard design, LASER COMPONENTS also offers UV or YAG optimised versions.
