The 1070nm devices exhibit up to 300mW of power when operating in continuous wave and are capable of delivering up to 1000mW of peak pulse power with rise times of <2ns. Devices are available with optional Fibre Bragg Gratings, are RoHS compliant and benefit from complete hermetic sealing.
