With the software, the real time spot position is continually displayed in XY, X(t) and Y(t) graphs. Featured inbuilt plot algorithms allow this data to be visible on screen, even during full speed measurements. Using the data analysis suite provided, users can quickly scan through this data.
The tool’s hardware includes a DB9 connector for the PSD mounts, a USB interface and BNC connectors which modulate the light and increase system accuracy.
