Necsel’s high power blue laser modules available
In addition to the extensive range of laser diodes and driver electronics available, LASER COMPONENTS has announced that it can supply high power compact semiconductor-based laser modules. The Blue-DE-44x series offers 445nm direct emitting blue laser light with a choice of output power of either 5.5 or 10W.
These modules come as standard in a fibre-coupled package but can also be offered with a free space design. Designed for a range of applications including digital projection, laser light shows, phosphor illumination and even forensics, they have a long lifetime of over 30,000 hours.
Power supplies, Thermo-eElectric coolers and various optical fibre accessories are also available to help new developers integrate these modules into their systems.
